Roguda Fashion & Art Design School provides:

• Fashion design education and training programmes
• AI-powered design studio tools
• Student marketplace platform
• Certification upon successful course completion
• Access to online learning resources and student portals

03 Enrollment & Application

Eligibility

To enroll, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (parental consent required for under 18)
• Provide accurate and complete application information
• Meet programme-specific requirements
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Application Process

Applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of an acceptance notification and payment of applicable fees.

04 Payment & Fees

Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are specified in course descriptions and must be paid according to the payment schedule provided upon enrollment.

Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Available if cancelled within 7 days of enrollment and before course start
• Partial Refund: 50% refund if withdrawn within the first 2 weeks of course commencement
• No Refund: After 2 weeks from course commencement

Late Payment

Late payment may result in suspension of access to course materials and the student portal until payment is received.

05 Student Obligations

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend classes and complete assignments as required
• Behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not share, copy, or distribute course materials without permission
• Comply with all school policies and codes of conduct

06 Intellectual Property

Course Materials

All course content, including videos, documents, and software, is the intellectual property of Roguda Fashion & Art Design School and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Student Work

You retain ownership of original designs and projects created during your studies. However, you grant Roguda a non-exclusive licence to use your work for promotional and educational purposes, with proper attribution.

07 AI Studio & Tools

Access to the AI Fashion Studio is provided for educational purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the tools for commercial purposes without authorisation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Overload or damage the system infrastructure
• Share your access credentials with non-enrolled individuals

08 Student Marketplace

When using the student marketplace, you agree to:

• List only original work that you have created
• Accurately represent products and pricing
• Fulfil orders and handle customer service professionally
• Pay applicable commission fees (if any) to Roguda

09 Code of Conduct

The following behaviours are prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind
• Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• Illegal activities or promotion of harmful content
• Misuse of school resources or facilities

Violation may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion without refund.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Payment obligations are not met
• Your behaviour poses a risk to others

11 Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Employment

While we provide quality education, we do not guarantee employment or specific income levels upon course completion.

Service Availability

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online services. Maintenance and technical issues may occur.

Third-Party Services

Our website may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roguda Fashion & Art Design School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Roguda harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

14 Changes to Terms
